There’s not really any rush; no timers or pop-ups nagging you along. What’s neat is that every letter design is a little different—some are just plain outlines while others have squiggly patterns or tiny details tucked inside. Younger kids probably love finding their favorite first letter and making it wild, but adults might find it oddly calming too. Well, I did. You can undo mistakes without drama (which feels forgiving), and there isn’t any pressure to “win” or get high scores. It almost works better as something you dip into between tasks rather than playing for hours straight, though kids could probably keep going much longer than I expected! If you like coloring even slightly—or want something peaceful for fidgety hands—this game covers that base.

At first I thought Letters Coloring Book would be strictly for children—and to be honest, the interface definitely caters to younger players with big buttons and an easy palette. But after noodling around on a couple of letters myself, something about the repetition gets kind of relaxing in its own right. Not groundbreaking by any stretch (you do notice how basic some of the letter art is) but sometimes that simplicity is what makes it feel accessible. It could use more colors or textures maybe—that part matters when you stick with it longer—but picking colors and seeing each letter come alive still scratches an itch I didn’t realize was there. Actually surprised me.
